| 内容記述 | The dispute regarding the recognition of the Terracotta Warrior discovery rights is by no means an isolated case. Rather, it exemplifies the enhancement of the law consciousness on the part of Chinese citizens, as well as reveals issues in the legislation of the discovery rights of cultural relics. The present paper takes a systematic description of the concept of cultural relics discovery rights as its starting point and analyzes and discusses the current status quo of the legislation of cultural relics protection and its enforcement. Further, the paper investigates the protection models of cultural relics discovery rights. Through the description, discussion and investigation, the paper attempts to provide a theoretical basis for constructing China's "legal system of discovery rights". | |||||||||||
