Research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論文は世界初の全国規模の教師の団体として1847年に設立されたスコットランド教育協会が、如何なる経過で設立され、教師の地位向上のため如何なる活動を展開してきたかを明らかにすることを目的とする。国により、また学校の種別段階によって異なるが、歴史的に教師の地位は低かった。この状況を改善すべく既成専門職の事例に触発されて設立されたのがEISであった。EISは設置後、資質能力の確保向上、教育改革方策に関する意思表明、給与や勤務条件の改善等の活動を展開してきた。EISは所謂専門職団体と教員組合の両方の性格を併せ持っていた。EISの活動の重点は20世紀を経るとともに変化するが、特に1965年に教師の資質能力の確保向上を目的とした法定のスコットランド総合教職評議会 （General Teaching Council for Scotland）
