We needed to shift our 1st semester （April, 2020）classes from on campus and in-person to remote and online. We spent several weeks available before the official start of online classes thinking, stressing, and planning how to replace what we did with our in-person classes and adapt to the new online system. This report is a record of the learning curve I went through at Kansai Gaidai College.
