Research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2018年の働き方改革推進法の成立によって、20年（中小企業は21年）４月１日以降、現行のパートタイム労働法は、パート・有期雇用労働法へと姿を変える。その結果、同法の適用範囲は、パートタイム労働者のみならず、有期雇用労働者にまで拡大する。また、これに伴い、現行の労働契約法20条は、パート・有期雇用労働法に移行し、その８条に統合されることになった。新しく誕生するパート・有期雇用労働法は、現行のパートタイム労働法とどこがどう違うのか。また、厚生労働大臣の定める指針は、法改正によってどのようにその性格を変えるのか。今回の法改正は、同一労働同一賃金の実現を目的として行われたというが、この認識ははたして正しいのか。こうした問題について検討を行い、将来の法改正に備えて、パート・有期雇用労働法の問題点を明確にすることを本稿は目的とする。\n","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18956/00007859","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_2_publisher_20":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"関西外国語大学・関西外国語大学短期大学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Kansai
