Research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本総説では、労働者(ブルーカラー)の技能形成の内実を説明した上で、組織行動の分析視点である個人、集団、組織が技能形成とどのような関係にあるかを考察した。本研究で明らかにされた第 1 の点は、個人的視点である職務満足の高さや、高次の欲求によって引き出されるモチベーションは技能形成の一つの要件である労働者の定着率を必ずしも上げることにつながらないことである。また、給与水準といった低次の欲求に起因するモチベーションであっても、生存欲求が充足されていない開発途上国の労働者においては、定着率を高める誘因になっている。第 2 に、集団的視点であるコミュニケーション、特に横方向のコミュニケーションは組織成員の技能形成にとっては重要である。第 3
